This piece is originally sculpted out of wax to create an asymmetrical, flowy oval medallion. Its organic shape is paired with three small (2mm) faceted amethysts with a lovely dark purple hue, set in a flush setting. It is hand-sculpted and cast using lost wax casting – a process which destroys the wax mold so that each cast piece is one-of-a-kind and cannot be repeated. The piece is completed with a sterling silver box chain and spring ring clasp.
